Delivery
- Where do you deliver?
We’re starting with central, north and west London at launch, and growing the zone steadily after that. If you’re unsure about your postcode, email us and we’ll tell you straight.
- When do you deliver?
Two cooks a week — Monday and Thursday — delivered the same evening between 5 and 9pm. You pick the slot at checkout. (While the site is in waitlist mode there are no deliveries yet; we’ll email you with the first cook date before we open.)
- What does it cost?
Delivery is a flat fee inside our zone, shown at checkout before you pay. We never add hidden service charges or surge pricing.
Allergens & dietary needs
- Can I see what allergens are in a dish?
Yes — every dish on the menu lists the declared allergens it contains, with full ingredient details inside the dish card.
- Is the kitchen allergen-free?
No — we cook in a single small kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, soya, fish, crustaceans, celery and mustard. We take cross-contact seriously, but we can’t guarantee any dish is free from traces. If you have a serious allergy, email us before your first order so we can talk through what’s safe.
- Do you cook vegetarian and vegan?
Yes — Lebanese-Persian cooking has a huge vegetarian and vegan repertoire (mezzas, stews, rice dishes), and there are always at least a few plant-based options on the rotation. Filter the menu by “Vegetarian” to see them quickly.
- Is the meat halal?
Yes. All our lamb, chicken and beef are sourced halal from a handful of trusted UK suppliers.
Account & payment
- Do I need an account to order?
Once we’re open you can place an order as a guest, but making an account lets you save a delivery address, reorder favourites, and earn small loyalty rewards over time.
- Is the site live now?
Not yet — we’re in waitlist mode. You can browse the menu and read our story, but there’s no checkout. Drop your email on the homepage and you’ll hear from us the week we open.
- How do I pay?
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe (card or Apple/Google Pay). We don’t store card details — Stripe handles all of that.
About us & contact
- Who cooks the food?
Rana does. One mother, in a real London kitchen, every Monday and Thursday — Lebanese-Persian recipes handed down through generations of her family. The team helps with prep, packing and delivery, but the cooking is hers.
- How do I get in touch?
Email hello@beitnana.co.uk — we read every message, usually within a day. For order- specific issues, replying to your order confirmation email is fastest.
